We aim to keep all products featured on our web site in stock for immediate despatch except where specifically stated in
the product description, eg. made to measure items. We generally hold stock of about 90% of items available on our site. Wherever possible
if an item is unavailable we provide an indication on stock availabilty. If a particular size/colour is indicated as not available from
stock, you may wish to contact us to check when/if further stock is expected. If several items are ordered and one of those items
is not available for immediate despatch but stock is due in a few days we may hold the whole order and send the completed order once all items
are available for despatch. We would therefore despatch an order once as/when all the items are available from stock.
On those rare occasions we will e-mail or phone you to advise you of expected despatch.
Our products are offered subject to availability, we operate a tight stock control system, if an item is shown as out of stock
please email or phone us on 01736 751066 (Mon./Fri. 09:30 to 17:30) as we may have the item available in our retail shop. If for any
reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel
or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid back into your account.

We will acknowledge all orders placed on the web by e-mail.
If you do not receive a confirmation email it may be because you have entered your email address incorrectly on your order.
For reasons beyond our control, AOL and Hotmail sometimes treat e-mails from watersportswarehouse.co.uk as spam. This means that if
you do not receive your email, it may be in your spam folder.

When you receive confirmation of your order this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a
contract exists between us.
Your order will only be considered accepted by us when we take payment for the order, at this point we verify that we have the
goods and can complete your order.
We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any other company without your permission.
In such a case we would contact you by phone or by email to gain your consent.
Any personal data will not be transferred out of the EEA. If you do not give us your consent,
all information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed
to any other party.
The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cookies:
Cookies are used to track a shopper's movements and purchases whilst they are shopping so that
the shopping basket has a way of telling what items they require.
The shopping basket will not function if the user sets their browser to reject cookies.
Within the secure ordering form, a user can opt to have the personal details to be 'remembered'
to speed up future purchasing. This involves the placement of a further cookie on the users machine.
To update these details during any further purchases the user must simply change the information as
appropriate within the secure order form and check the update details box.
The cookie previously placed on their machine will then be updated.
We don't include any personal information in the cookies.
All images and descriptions used on our website are copyright protected. Some images and text are provided by
manufacturers/suppliers. All images and information produced by Undersea Adventures Ltd remains the copyright of Undersea
Adventures Ltd. Any images and/or descriptions used in any media without prior written permission will be invoiced at £100 per
instance where that image or description is used.
Payment of such invoices will be pursued to the full extent of UK Law.
The amount of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment thrown away is increasing by around 5% each year.
As distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) we have a part to play in reducing the amount going into landfill
sites.

'Free Delivery' offer applies to all orders of goods value of £25 or more and applies to our Standard
UK Delivery services to a UK mainland addresses. We use a combination of Royal Mail
and Carrier services and usually say guesstimated delivery of 3-5 working days. If your order is time critical
we would recommended you upgrade the delivery service to the Priority Despatch/Next working day service -
an additional £3.50 (signature required).
Some areas of the Country (Scottish Highlands & UK Islands) and Non-UK mainland addresses may still be
charged, this is because the Carrier/postal rates are much higher and additional charges they may also
apply to some larger/heavier/bulkier orders. In these albeit few instances we will contact you (Mon-Fri) to
advise and discuss the best option.
If your order is time critical we would recommended you upgrade the delivery service to the
Priority Despatch/Next working day service - an additional £3.50 (signature required). You can Upgrade your
order to the Priority Service at any point of the ordering process prior to completing payment and submitting your order.
Although we aim to despatch all orders promptly, during busy periods, eg: holidays, Christmas, priority will be
given to Upgraded Orders. However, please be aware we are unable to provide any delivery guarantees against
delivery services who operate outside our control.

We reserve the right to collate multiple orders into one delivery if going to the same address. We are unable to
split orders/deliveries if any one item in an order is not available from stock, indicated by 'Despatch due date /
Awaiting stock / Stock expected'. So we would despatch an order once complete as/when all the items are
available from stock.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel the above offer without prior notice.
