HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
Please email team@undersea.co.uk or phone us on 01736 751066
for a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER before sending the goods. The Returns Number must be
clearly written on the outside of your parcel and on any correspondence.
Please ENCLOSE A NOTE TO CONFIRM; what you wish us to do; the exchange/refund details; and your re-delivery
address, bear in mind a signature is required for items over £60. Please do not hesitate to re-order online if
you wish to speed up the exchange process.
Please take all reasonable care of the item(s) you wish to return and send back to us by a suitable method at your
expense. The Royal Mail provide a Certificate of Posting service which is cost effective for sending
lightweight/low value items as well as trackable services, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery & Special Delivery services,
for higher vallue items, for you to choose at your convenience. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost as a result of being
returned to us.
Any item returned should be suitably and considerately packaged and addressed as per below.
We aim to provide a prompt exchange service. However, during busy periods this may take 2-3 working days from receipt.
If you wish to speed up the exchange process please do not hesitate to re-order online.
Refunds will only be made to the original card/payment method used for the purchase and normally take 10 to
14 banking days to process.
For ITEMS RETURNED LATE, any replacement offered will be solely at our discretion, any refund
offered will be by way of a credit voucher for use against future purchases from Watersports Warehouse.
Please note: we are unable to refund postage/packing costs for incorrect/unsuitable items ordered and returned.
WE ABSOLUTELY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF THE RETURNED ITEM(S) IS NOT RECEIVED IN AN
AS NEW/UN-USED/SALEABLE, CONDITION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, CLEAN & CAREFULLY PACKED WITH ALL
LABELS ATTACHED, INSTRUCTION MANUALS, WARRANTY INFORMATION ETC ENCLOSED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS
PACKAGING, AS SUPPLIED.

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 90 days, most are covered by the manufacturers
warranty for 12 months. If you receive a defective product, please email us at
team@undersea.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund. You may also phone us on 01736 751066, this number is
available Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30.
We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we will refund you. Exchanged
items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original manufacturers
packaging at your own cost. Please consult our contact details for the return address.
Warranty on all items sold by us is limited to the replacement cost of the item purchased and does not cover
any consequential loss.
