- RETURNS POLICY
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, any item may be returned to us, carriage paid by yourself, WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt by you.
For ITEMS RETURNED LATE, any replacement offered will be solely at our discretion, any refund offered will be by way of a credit voucher for use against future purchases from Watersports Warehouse.
Please note: we are unable to refund postage and packing on items returned to us.
WE ABSOLUTELY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNED IN NEW SALEABLE, CONDITION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNDAMAGED, CLEAN, CAREFULLY PACKED WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL, MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING AS SUPPLIED.
- HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
- Please phone us on 01736 751066 or email team@undersea.co.uk for a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER before sending the goods. The Returns Number must be clearly written on the outside of your parcel and on any correspondence. The items you are returning must be sent back to us by a suitable method and at your expense, we cannot accept responsibility for goods which are lost whilst being returned to us. For this reason we would recommend a trackable service such
as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded
Delivery.
Refunds will only be made to the original card used for the purchase and normally take 10 to 14 banking days to process.

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 90 days, most are covered by the manufacturers warranty for 12 months. If you receive a defective product, please email us at team@undersea.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund. You may also phone us on 01736 751066, this number is available Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30.
We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we will refund you. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. Please consult our contact details for the return address.
Warranty on all items sold by us is limited to the replacement cost of the item purchased and does not cover any consequential loss.
