RECOMMENDATION: For a good Delayed SMB System, team this reel with the following:

TTL Delayed SMB OR Bowstone 10kg Marker Buoy

Carabiner - 70mm Stainless (to attach to reel line)

Bowstone Tool Pouch

Wrist Lanyard (to attach to reel)

Once you've teamed these pieces together, it is advisable to seek some good instruction and practice deployment in shallow water first, before the need arises in deeper water!

NB: IF YOU DEPLOY YOUR DELAYED SMB DURING A DIVE, IT IS GOOD PRACTICE POST-DIVE TO UNWIND THEN REWIND THE LINE TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO TANGLES/SNAGS WHICH COULD CAUSE PROBLEMS ON THE NEXT USE - look after your kit and it will look after you.
