Delivery Policy & Basic Pricing FAQ's

Standard UK Delivery*, on orders under £35, delivery is £3.50. Free Standard UK Delivery* on orders over £35 (*exclusions apply). We advise to allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

To UPGRADE any order to OUR PRIORITY DESPATCH SERVICE, usually a next working day delivery service, although this is not guaranteed, £7.50 WILL REPLACE the standard delivery charge.

To ensure an efficient delivery, avoiding delays and the potential for additional costs, you must ensure you enter your delivery address details in full, correctly and accurately.  There are 3 stages during the check-out process to check your order details and make any amendments prior to completing your purchase.

If you require a particular delivery service that is not available to select do get in touch we may have other delivery options that may meet your requirements. We will always try to help where we can.

Orders received by 3.30pm, Monday-Friday, are usually despatched same day. 

Orders received after 3.30pm, Monday-Friday are usually despatched the following working day. 

Orders submitted after 3.30pm Friday, over a weekend / bank holiday are usually despatched the following working day. 

However, if we do receive your order, before our parcels are collected each day, we will always make every effort to process/pick/pack your order as quickly as we can to despatch your order that same day (Monday-Friday). Exceptions include Bank Holidays/Good Friday (public holidays).  

Priority Despatch service is not available to all UK postcodes - see exceptions below.

Free Standard Delivery orders are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, you should allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Standard delivery is FREE */** (goods value £35+).  We use a combination of Royal Mail and Carrier services for our deliveries and in some cases will require a signature to confirm receipt (high value/bulky orders). 

You have the option to upgrade the standard service for your order, BEFORE entering your payment details. 

We continue to do what we have always done and provide you with an efficient prompt service but of course we do rely on 3rd parties to complete deliveries on our behalf.  During times of high online activity, usually in the run-up to any school holidays/bank holiday periods, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the pre-Christmas period etc, due to the increased volume in the delivery networks there can be the potential for delays in delivery which is outside our control. 

 

We are unable to split orders/deliveries if any one item in an order is not available from stock, indicated by "Despatch due date / Awaiting stock / Stock expected" - E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted). We would usually despatch an order once complete as/when all the items are available from stock to send as one parcel. We reserve the right to collate multiple orders into one delivery if going to the same address.

Of course we do appreciate that you may consider your post code should be included as UK mainland but unfortunately these exclusions/post code areas are worked out by the individual national and international carriers/delivery services, which will vary company to company, may incur additional charges and may take longer to be delivered - this is outside our control.
