C-Skins UV Skins these new Rash Vests from C-Skins are a superb combination of nylon spandex and lycra creating a really comfortable rash vest that is lightweight, stretchy and quick drying.

A typical summer T-shirt only gives around 7-15% UV protection and this is reduced greatly when wet. This C-Skins rash top is made of U.P.F 50+ material to help provide protection against harmful rays while the Xtend 4-way directional stretch fabric ensures movement is not compromised in any way. On exposed areas of skin the wearer should always carry out adequate skin care precautions against harmful UV rays.

Rash tops are possibly one of the most versatile pieces of water sports garments you can own. Used as a base layer under a wetsuit helps to make a suit more comfortable and reduce possible wetsuit rash in high abrasion areas, can also help to aid donning of a wetsuit and for taking it off again. These UV Skins from C-Skins can also be worn as an outer layer to help with your usual sun protection regimen and provide UV50 protection.  Can be worn for swimming in, snorkelling, diving, sailing, surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddling in fact the possibilities are virtually endless.

You can wear rash vests however you prefer and are usually a very fitted design so that when worn under a wetsuit you can achieve the optimal good snug/smooth fit.  If you don't wish to wear the Rash Vest as a fitted snug top or perhaps you're a little between sizes you may prefer to opt for a larger size.
