We aim to keep all products featured on our web site in stock for immediate despatch except where specifically stated in the product description, eg. made to measure items.

We generally hold stock of about 90% of items available on our site. Wherever possible if an item is unavailable we provide an indication on stock availability. If a particular size/colour is indicated as not available from stock, you may wish to contact us to check when/if further stock is expected.

If several items are ordered and one of those items is not available for immediate despatch but stock is due in a few days we may hold the whole order and send the completed order once all items are available for despatch. We would therefore despatch an order once as/when all the items are available from stock. On those rare occasions we will e-mail or phone you to advise you of expected despatch.

Our products are offered subject to availability, we operate a tight stock control system, if an item is shown as out of stock please email or phone us on 01736 751066 (Mon-Fri. 9.30am- 5.30pm) as we may have the item available in our retail shop.

If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid back into your account.

Manufacturers can make small updates to products, logos etc, often simple cosmetic updates without informing us. We do try to keep product images and descriptions as up to date as possible but occassionally we may miss something. If an item you receive is not as you expected you can of course return the unused item to us for a full refund.
