New construction technology produces an optimum fitting design, as the form/shape of the sock hugs the contours of the foot offering a superb, well fitting swimming sock all helping to encourage thermal protection. The top of the sock features a lockdown (ankle) cuff, an inner glide skin finish creating an improved seal around the lower leg to help virtually eliminate potential water ingress. This optimal fitting sock combines 4mm thick double lined neoprene with C-Skins' Thermotech poly pro lining to offer improved thermal protection while the super hydrophobic neoprene exterior and glued and blindstitched seams produces a pair of flexible, comfortable and well fitting open water swimming socks.
The C-Skins' Freedom open water swimming socks are designed to ensure a contoured and snug fit while the inner glide skin seals well around the lower leg all helping to reduce water ingress. The 4mm neoprene also gives more buoyancy to the feet - something you may want to be aware of if using the socks for swimming.
Your usual shoe size is usually a good indicator to size required, although in most cases (no two people are the same !), if you are a between sizes you would best to opt for the larger size.
C-Skins have used their technical know-how gained from over 30years in the business to create these innovative Swimming socks which will work well on their own to complement any open water swimming wetsuit. Can also be used with freediving/snorkelling fins if foot pocket space allows.
