Cressi Baron Dry Full Face Snorkelling Mask Info
Cressi's Baron Dry Full Face Snorkelling mask has all the key features of their higher spec Duke Full Face mask
Cressi claim to have 'invented' the first full face mask, the Medusa, back in 1946 although in its infancy it didn't separate the breathing chamber from the vision chamber - at that time Cressi owned a patent for the Medusa Mask.
The Baron mask is all about enjoying the water in comfort, allowing you to see more clearly in the water while breathing naturally and remain dry.
The Cressi Baron Full Face Mask features a dry top snorkel, a wide breathing area covering the nose and mouth, and Cressi's unique breathing deflector mechanism to maximise air circulation to completely eliminate fogging. The mask provides a 30% larger viewing area compared to many other full face masks and offers 180deg field of vision. A valveless design allows a 100% natrual breathing experience.
A lateral air channel system, for inhaling and exhaling, drastically
eliminates any breathing effort thanks to a reduced airflow length circulation (patent pending). The face skirt is made of soft hypoallergenic silicone. Frame and visor made of polycarbonate.
The Baron has elasticated straps with plenty of adjustment to allow a secure, comfortable and personalised fit.

Founded in 1946 by two brothers Egidio and Nanni Cressi, they skillfully produced handcrafted equipment on a small scale, with Egidio personally testing all the equipment and carrying out many of the first sea trials. The original principles of attention to detail and quality standards are still relevant today and Antonio Cressi, son and nephew of the founders, continues to personally test many of Cressi's new products.
