"In Stock"

You are able to buy/order the item but just to advise you that the item is not currently in our warehouse and therefore not available for immediate despatch but is on order or en route to us from the supplier and we hope to despatch your order within 6-10 Working Days, often less. If you'd like your order to arrive before Christmas, our last postal days are as follows:
Standard Post:
Order before 3.30PM on Monday 18th December 2023.
Upgraded Post:
Order before 3.30PM on Wednesday 20th December 2023.
Once the last of our Christmas orders have been picked/packed & despatched our offices will close Friday 22nd at 1pm and re-open 9.30am Tuesday 2nd January 2024 inclusive. Our website is open 24/7, 365 and orders received after 1pm Friday 22nd will be despatched on our return Tuesday 2nd January 2024. We will not be able to receive any returned parcels during this period.

We use a combination of Royal Mail and Carrier services and in some cases a signature is required to confirm receipt (high value/bulky orders).

We reserve the right to collate multiple orders into one delivery if going to the same address. We are unable to split orders/deliveries if any one item in an order is not available from stock, indicated by 'Despatch due date / Awaiting stock / Stock expected'. So we would usually despatch an order once complete as/when all the items are available from stock to send as one parcel.
Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase but any Christmas Gift purchases from Saturday 21st October 2023 which are unsuitable may be returned for exchange or refund, when received by 13th January 2024
